SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 46

Granting permission to introduce a bill relating to extending the
time period for the study of the state system of orphan roads
and bridges.
Resolved by the Senate of West Virginia, two thirds of the
members present and voting agreeing thereto:
That in accordance with Senate Rule No. 14, permission is
hereby given to introduce a bill with the following title:
A BILL to amend and reenact section six, article two-c,
chapter seventeen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine
hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to extending the time
period for the study of the state system of orphan roads and
bridges.
